Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ¾ cup strawberries mashed
  • 1 large banana mashed
  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F and line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl beat eggs till frothy. Add sugar, butter, strawberries and bananas and combine.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
  • Add the wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir to just combine. Spoon into loaf pan.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, then cool on baking rack.
