How To Make White Chocolate Brownies
- Gather your ingredients, preheat your oven to 350ËšF and line a 9×9″ pan with parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate with butter using your microwave on half power.
- Mix sugar, butter and vanilla with a hand mixer. Add chocolate, then eggs.
- Combine dry ingredients and add to chocolate mixture with chocolate chips.
- Fold into pan and bake. Be sure not to over bake!! I cannot stress this enough. Test after 20 minutes and check at regular intervals until just done.
- Remove from oven, then cover with foil to cool completely.
You can use any white chocolate for these brownies, but I prefer using good quality white chocolate. You can usually find white chocolate wafers at your local bulk food store, but there are white chocolate squares that will also work. These can be found in your grocery store and also at bulk food stores.
In my house after the holidays, the white chocolate is the last to go. I am often faced with throwing it out – but no more! This white chocolate brownie recipe is the perfect way to use up that left over chocolate!
This dessert is perfect to bring to any potluck, summer bbq or any school event. It is nut free, so it is totally safe. The fact it is so delicious is just a bonus! I love packing a piece of this white chocolate brownie into my kid’s school lunches for a special lunch time treat!
If you are a fan of nuts and are not worried about allergies, absolutely add them to this recipe! Walnuts, pecans or almonds would be delicious additions!
I hope you have success making these White Chocolate Brownies! They are a delicious and different way to enjoy white chocolate.
