Sheet Pan Sausage and Potatoes
This recipe for sausage and potatoes is easy to make on one baking pan for a convenient and delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 5 Italian sausages
- 20 baby potatoes quartered
- 1 red onion in wedges
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400˚F. Prepare a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper, or spray with cooking spray.
- On the baking sheet add potatoes and onion. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper. Toss well. Place sausage on top of potato layer, or snuggle among the veggies.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until sausages are brown and have reached an internal temp of 165˚F.
