Can you double this Pudding Cake Recipe?
Absolutely double this recipe! I find this recipe alone is plenty for my family of 5, but if you want to enjoy leftovers or if you have company, then you will definitely need to make more!
Obviously you will need a larger baking dish to double the recipe but the baking time should be the same.
Use a deep baking dish for best results. If it is too shallow, the cake may over cook and you will loose the pudding base. It is best to err on the side of being underdone, than overdone!
I hope you have success making this old fashioned Pudding Cake! I believe this is one of the easiest and tastiest recipes I have made!

Delish! This site is filled with all those “family favorites”! No searching for the recipe! Recently I was visiting friends, away from my home…away from my recipes! I wanted to make this dessert one night and I knew I could find it here. My friends were so excited as this was just like a dessert her mother used to make but they had lost the recipe. Around the Nook is a cookbook you can take with you wherever you go!
