Ingredients For Bunny Bites
Brownie: Two bite brownies are super moist, delicious and convenient! Or make your own homemade brownie recipe and mini muffin tins!
Frosting: Any type or brand of canned frosting will work! Or make your own homemade frosting.
Sprinkles: Get creative with the color and size of sprinkles. Use colors that would coordinate with the event or season.
Whiskers: While spaghettini worked well for the bunny whiskers, red or black licorice strings, thinly sliced gummy candy, or pretzel sticks would also work.
Bunny Nose: Use pink candy coated chocolate for the nose. It could also be formed using a piece of marshmallow, rolled into a ball and dipped in candy sprinkles!
Eyes: Use mini chocolate chips for the eyes, or dip a toothpick into black food coloring to create the eyes.
How To Make Bunny Brownie Bites!
- Cut large marshmallows in half diagonally, then dip the cut side into a bowl of sprinkles.
- Pipe icing in a circle around top of brownie bite.
- Place marshmallow ‘ears’ into the icing, pipe a small circle on top for the face.
- Cut a small marshmallow in half and form each into a ball, then stick two on the bottom of the icing.
- Place a pink candy coated piece on top of the small marshmallows for the nose.
- Carefully place two mini chocolate chips for the eyes, and break pieces of spaghetti and stick into the icing for the whiskers.
Tips!
Make these tasty treats ahead of time and tent with foil. Brownie bites can be left at room temperature for the perfect take along treat for a party, potluck or any event!

Equipment
- piping bag
- Wilton #21 piping tip
Ingredients
- 1 package two bite brownies 608 gram package
- 1 can white frosting
- pink candy coated chocolate pieces like M&M's
- mini chocolate chips
- uncooked spaghetti
- 12 large marshmallows
- 12 small marshmallows
Instructions
- Add sprinkles to a small bowl. Cut large marshmallows in half diagonally, then dip the cut side into the sprinkles. Set aside.
- Place prepared icing into a piping bag with tip of choice, or even just into a zippered bag and cut off the tip on one end of the bag. Pipe a circle of icing around the circumference of the brownie.
- Place marshmallow 'ears' on the icing. Then pipe more icing on top, in the shape of a circle, to create the face.
- Cut a small marshmallow in half, then half again. Using your fingers, form each into a ball, then stick two onto the bottom of the circle.
- Place a pink candy coated piece on top of the small marshmallows for the nose.
- Place two mini chocolate chips as eyes, and break pieces of spaghetti and stick into the icing for the whiskers.
