Simple Banana Nut Bread
Try this homemade banana nut bread for the perfect quick and easy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350˚F. Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, or on a plate, mash bananas and set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar. Add eggs, greek yogurt, and vanilla.
- Add flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. With a fork, whisk flour mixture a bit, then fold into we mixture until just combined.
- Mix in chopped walnuts, then fold into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool, slice, and serve.
Notes
- 1 cup mashed bananas is about 2.5 to 3 bananas.
