- 1 cup mashed bananas about 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Blend peanut butter and mashed banana together well.
Add oats and chocolate chips. Mix
Drop by tablespoon onto baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes. Rest on baking sheet 2 minutes, remove to rack to cool completely.
- Mash very ripe bananas using the back of a fork and a bowl or plate. Or use a hand blender or even a hand mixer.
- Combine ingredients together until they are just mixed and avoid over mixing the cookie dough.
- Use a cookie scoop for perfectly sized treats. Drop onto baking sheet or roll into balls.
