Ingredients

  • cups rolled oats
  • 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • cups mashed banana
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup non dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F and line 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl stir together 2½ cups rolled oats, 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed 2 Tablespoons Chia seeds, and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
  • Add 1½ cups mashed banana, ½ cup peanut butter, ½ cup non dairy milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix until dry ingredients are incorporated.
  • Add in ½ cup chopped walnuts and ½ cup chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
  • Fold mixture into prepared baking pan and press down gently.
  • Sprinkle optional ¼ cup chocolate chips over the top.
  • Bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
