- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup cocoa
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cocoa, butter and salt.
Add water and heat over medium heat until butter melts and mixture begins to boil.
Cook for only 1 minute then remove and add vanilla.
Cool slightly and pour over ice cream or your favorite dessert!
