Ingredients

  • 2 bananas ripe
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 Tablespoons ground flax
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • ½ cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mash 2 bananas. Add 1 cup peanut butter, ¼ cup honey, and ½ cup butter. Mix together.
  • In a medium bowl add the 2 cups rolled oats, 2 Tablespoons ground flax, 1 Tablespoon chia seeds, 3 tablespoons hemp hearts and ½ cup chocolate chips (if using)
  • Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix.
  • Drop by spoonful onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 13 minutes. Remove and cool on baking rack.
