- 50 large marshmallows
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 cups crisp rice cereal Rice Krispies
Grease a 8x11 inch pan with butter.
In a large non stick pot, melt butter with marshmallows over medium low heat until just melted.
Add vanilla and crisp rice cereal. Grease rubber scraper with butter, then stir mixture until Rice Krispies are well coated
Fold mixture into prepared pan. Using butter on fingers, press Rice Krispie mixture evenly into the pan.
Cover with plastic wrap and allow to cool completely at room temperature.
Use a sharp knife to cut into desired sized pieces.
