Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time. Fold in Cool Whip.
Fill the bottom of 6 serving bowls with 1-2 tablespoons of the crushed cookies.
Divide the whipped mixture evenly on top of the crushed cookies.
Top with remaining cookies and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
Store in freezer until ready to serve.
