Ingredients

icing sugar
or powdered sugar

cocoa

tablespoons
butter

hot coffee or espresso
Instructions
Blend the icing sugar, cocoa and butter together with a hand or stand mixer.
Add the hot coffee a small amount at a time and continue to blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to add a bit more coffee if it is too thick.
Spread or pipe onto your favorite cake, cupcake or brownie.
