Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup icing sugar or powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons hot coffee or espresso

Instructions

  • Blend the icing sugar, cocoa and butter together with a hand or stand mixer.
  • Add the hot coffee a small amount at a time and continue to blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to add a bit more coffee if it is too thick.
  • Spread or pipe onto your favorite cake, cupcake or brownie.
