Ingredients

cup
peanut butter

cup
butter
unsalted

cup
cocoa
½
cup
semi sweet chocolate chips
½
Tablespoon
milk
or cream, more if needed

cup
powdered sugar
½
teaspoon
vanilla
Instructions
Melt the chocolate chips in microwave at 20 second intervals, stirring in until just melted. Cool.
Using a hand blender, cream butter, peanut butter and cocoa together. Add cooled and melted chocolate and mix.
Add powdered sugar ⅓ cup at a time, until desired consistency. Add milk (and use a bit more if needed).
Notes
This recipe will make enough frosting for an 8x8 inch pan, or 12 cupcakes. Double the recipe for a 9x13 cake.
