Preheat oven to 375˚F.
In a bowl, add softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix well by hand or beat with a hand blender.
Fold in cooked chicken, ½ cup shredded cheese and ½ cup cooked bacon. Turn into a 2 quart dish and top with remaining ½ cup cheese and bacon bits.
Bake for 20 minutes or bubbly and golden. Serve warm.
