Ingredients

bananas
mashed

eggs

cup
sour cream
½
cup
butter
melted
½
cup
sugar

flour

teaspoon
baking soda

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350˚F and line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper. Spray the pan and paper as well.
In a small bowl mash bananas, add the eggs, sour cream and melted butter. Mix together.
Stop the mixer and add the sugar, flour, baking soda and salt.
Mix on low till just blended.
Add to loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool on baking rack.
