Cut hard boiled eggs in half. Pop out the egg yolks and place in a small bowl. Place empty egg whites on a serving dish or plate.
Mash yolks with a fork until they are a fine crumble.
In another small bowl, mash avocado with a fork until smooth. Add lime juice, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Add greek yogurt and egg yolks, stir until it becomes a smooth consistency.
Place a sandwich bag in a small glass and wrap the bag around the edges of the glass. Fill the bag with the egg filling mixture.
Remove bag from glass and snip off one corner to create a piping bag.
Fill each egg white with the filling, making sure to pile each high.
Garnish with a sprinkle of parsley, smoked paprika (if desired) and bacon bits.
