Ingredients

  • cup mayonnaise full fat
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 5 drops Worcestershire
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • teaspoon salt to taste
  • teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh parmesan cheese or ⅛ cup dried parmesan

Instructions

  • In a small bowl whisk together ⅓ cup mayonnaise, 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, 3 cloves garlic minced, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard, 5 drops Worcestershire , 1 Tablespoon olive oil, ⅛ teaspoon salt⅛ teaspoon pepper and ¼ cup fresh parmesan cheese.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes before using.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Notes

  • This recipe provides enough dressing for a 6 serving salad.
