Ingredients

  • 2 bananas ripe
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mash bananas. Add the peanut butter, honey and coconut oil and mix together.
  • In a medium bowl add the rolled oats, flax, chia seeds, hemp hearts and chocolate chips (if using)
  • Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix.
  • Drop by spoonful onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 13 minutes. Remove and cool on baking rack.
