- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Wash red peppers, and blot dry with a paper towel.
Cut peppers from the bottom and spread apart. Cut into quarters and remove seeds. Set on air fryer rack.
Mix oil and seasoning in a bowl, and brush onto peppers.
Set air fryer to 400˚F and allow it to come to full temperature. Cook peppers for 8 minutes.
