Berry Quick Tips From My Nook To Yours!
Thinly slice or grate cold butter so it is distributed evenly over the cake mix.
If using frozen raspberries, there is no need to thaw. Simply toss them straight into the baking dish.
If berries are extra tart, you might want to sprinkle 1–2 tablespoons of sugar over them before adding the cake mix.
Start checking for doneness after 45 minutes as ovens tend to vary slightly in temperature. It will be ready when the top is golden and the fruit is bubbling around the edges.
How To Serve Dump Cake
Raspberry Dump Cake is best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. For a picture-perfect finish, top with a raspberries garnish.
Sweet Second Servings
Cover leftovers with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat individual portions in the microwave for 20–30 seconds.
Wrap leftovers tightly and freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight and warm in the oven covered with foil before serving.
