No Bake Peanut Butter Balls
There are so many ways to make peanut butter balls. Most require refrigeration of the peanut butter ball dough before they are firm enough to roll, then are dipped in chocolate.
How to Make Peanut Butter Balls
My no bake peanut butter balls recipe cuts out the rolling step, making them even easier!
- Assemble all your ingredients.
- Soften butter and beat together with peanut butter.
- Add powdered sugar and graham crumbs and mix together as pictured below. It should be light and fluffy looking.
- Using a small cookie scoop, drop peanut butter balls into small parchment cups. There are so many tiny cups you can find these days, in various decorations to suit any season.
- At this point prepare the chocolate drizzle and drizzle over each ball.
- Refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve.
Can you Freeze Peanut Butter Balls?
I actually prefer to eat these no bake peanut butter balls from frozen! It’s almost like eating peanut butter ice cream! They can also be served thawed or straight from the refrigerator.
Substitutions for this Peanut Butter Ball Recipe?
- If you want to change things up a bit, you can substitute crisp rice cereal for the graham crumbs.
- Also, if you want more chocolate, you can of course dip these balls. In this case, you will need to drop the balls onto a cookie sheet, refrigerate for about an hour. Working quickly, you can roll the balls and dip into the chocolate.
- You can also roll these balls in chopped peanuts or chocolate sprinkles instead of dipping or drizzling chocolate.
I hope you find success making these no bake peanut butter balls! They are a hit in my house and I make them all year long!
