‘Shrimp’ly Irresistible

Shrimp + Cheese = Yes Please
Shrimp: Shrimp is the star of this dish! It’s quick to cook, tender, and pairs perfectly with garlic and cheese. Peeled and cleaned shrimp make the cooking process fast and easy.
Sauce: Creamy butter and savory garlic give this dish its rich, delicious flavor. Using unsalted butter lets you control the salt level better.
Cheese: The cheese creates a gooey, golden top for delicious flavor and incredible texture. Marble and Monterey Jack cheeses melt well and taste great with garlic and seafood.
Garnish: Parsley adds a pop of color and a fresh, herby taste to balance out the rich butter. The lemon adds brightness and a little tang.
Tasty Twists
- If you don’t have Monterey Jack cheese, try mozzarella, cheddar, marble or havarti cheese. Add a bit of parmesan for a tangy flavor.
- If you don’t have escargot dishes, simply place the cooked shrimp in a baking dish, top with cheese, and broil as directed.

How To Make Baked Shrimp
- Rinse and drain the shrimp, then pat them dry.
- Melt the butter in a skillet, sauté the garlic, then add the shrimp and parsley. Cook until the shrimp are just turning pink.
- Place one shrimp in each cavity of an escargot dish. Drizzle with the garlic butter and sprinkle generously with cheese.
- Broil for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
