Preheat oven to 350˚F and prepare a 8x8 inch pan, either by greasing the pan or lining it with parchment paper
Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Melt butter, add vanilla and eggs. Mix and add to dry ingredients. Stir to combine.
Turn into an 8x8 inch baking pan. The batter will be thick.
Bake for 20 minutes. Check after 15 minutes and then every 2 minutes after that. The brownie will seem underdone when you take it out of the oven.
Cover immediately with foil and allow to cool.
You can frost this brownie or you can serve it alone - either way it's so delicious!
