Place cupcake liners in each muffin tin.
Place ¾ chocolate discs in microwave safe bowl. Heat at 30 second intervals and stir in between each interval.
Once melted, or almost completely melted, add remaining discs (and oil if using). Stir constantly until completely melted. If needed, pop into microwave for 20 seconds to fully melt chocolate.
Place about 2 tablespoons chocolate in the bottom of each cupcake liner.
Brush the chocolate from the bottom of each cupcake liner up the side to the top. Continue to work this way to cover the entire liner and repeat for the remaining liners.
Place in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. If in a hurry, place in freezer to harden.
Once fully hardened, carefully remove the cupcake liner.
Store at room temperature until ready to use.
