Peanut Butter Ball
- ½ cup butter room temperature
- 1 cup peanut butter smooth or crunchy
- 1 ½ cup graham crumbs
- 1 ¼ cup powdered sugar (icing sugar)
Chocolate drizzle
- ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 2 Tablespoons cream
- 1 teaspoon butter
Peanut Butter Balls
Beat Butter and peanut butter together until light and fluffy.
Add powdered sugar and graham crumbs and mix till smooth.
Using a small cookie scoop drop into small parchment cups. Refrigerate.
Chocolate Drizzle
In a microwave on half power, melt the chocolate drizzle ingredients together. Stir every 30 seconds until smooth. Pour the chocolate into a plastic zipper bag.
Remove the balls from the refrigerator. Snip a small hole in a corner of the zippered bag, and drizzle the chocolate over the balls.
Return to the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight.
