Add sprinkles to a small bowl. Cut large marshmallows in half diagonally, then dip the cut side into the sprinkles. Set aside.
Place prepared icing into a piping bag with tip of choice, or even just into a zippered bag and cut off the tip on one end of the bag. Pipe a circle of icing around the circumference of the brownie.
Place marshmallow 'ears' on the icing. Then pipe more icing on top, in the shape of a circle, to create the face.
Cut a small marshmallow in half, then half again. Using your fingers, form each into a ball, then stick two onto the bottom of the circle.
Place a pink candy coated piece on top of the small marshmallows for the nose.
Place two mini chocolate chips as eyes, and break pieces of spaghetti and stick into the icing for the whiskers.
