Equipment

piping bag
Wilton #21 piping tip

Ingredients

  • 1 package two bite brownies 608 gram package
  • 1 can white frosting
  • pink candy coated chocolate pieces like M&M's
  • mini chocolate chips
  • uncooked spaghetti
  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 12 small marshmallows

Instructions

  • Add sprinkles to a small bowl. Cut large marshmallows in half diagonally, then dip the cut side into the sprinkles. Set aside.
  • Place prepared icing into a piping bag with tip of choice, or even just into a zippered bag and cut off the tip on one end of the bag. Pipe a circle of icing around the circumference of the brownie.
  • Place marshmallow 'ears' on the icing. Then pipe more icing on top, in the shape of a circle, to create the face.
  • Cut a small marshmallow in half, then half again. Using your fingers, form each into a ball, then stick two onto the bottom of the circle.
  • Place a pink candy coated piece on top of the small marshmallows for the nose.
  • Place two mini chocolate chips as eyes, and break pieces of spaghetti and stick into the icing for the whiskers.
