- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup butter unsalted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⅓ cup powdered sugar
Cream butter and peanut butter together. Add vanilla.
Gradually add powdered sugar ¼ cup at a time until fully incorporated.
Turn mixer on high speed and whip until light and fluffy.
- This recipe will make enough frosting to:
- frost 12 cupcakes
- spread over an 8x8" cake or brownie
- fill the middle of a layer cake with some to spare.
- Double the recipe to frost an entire cake.
