Easy Peanut Butter Frosting

Ingredients

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup butter unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1⅓ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Cream butter and peanut butter together. Add vanilla.
  • Gradually add powdered sugar ¼ cup at a time until fully incorporated.
  • Turn mixer on high speed and whip until light and fluffy.

Notes

  • This recipe will make enough frosting to:
    • frost 12 cupcakes
    • spread over an 8x8" cake or brownie
    • fill the middle of a layer cake with some to spare.
  • Double the recipe to frost an entire cake.
